What if I cannot remember my KrowD Password?
For the password, workers of RSC can also contact Help Desk at 800-551-2444. You can also deal with this problem on the internet by visiting the KrowD Login page and click the Forgot Password? link. Make sure you provide the right answers to the security questions so you can reset your password successfully.
How can I change my KrowD security questions?
Access your profile through clicking on your picture/name or choosing My Profile. Your Profile link can be viewed at the upper part of the KrowD homepage. If you need to establish new security questions, just access Profile preferences. This is also the spot to alter the answers. The answers are not case sensitive but the forms don’t allow special characters.
What are the steps in changing my KrowD password?
Go to your Profile (steps stated previously) and then click Profile Preferences. Once there; just click Change Password, enter old password, enter new password and verify. Please remember that your password should have 7 to 16 characters and it should be alphanumeric (i.e. it must consist of both numbers and letters).
