Krowd Darden is the employee app or system used by companies and brands under Darden Restaurants Inc. Darden owns nine famous restaurant brands, including famous ones like Olive Garden and Seasons 52.
Employees of all these brands (or Darden Restaurants Inc.) use the Krowd Darden system to access information and get updates on several features.
To do this, employees need to access the Krowd Darden portal on web, or through the app on their mobile phones. When accessing the system, you need to add your username and password for a login.

Once you reach the login page of Krowd Darden, the most visible aspects are fields to enter username and password. Right below the password field, you’ll see options for recovery. These are “forgot username?” or “forgot password?”
To proceed, click on the “forgot password?” option. This will take you to a new page. Some authentication will be required, either through email or other means.
After the authentication is complete, you’ll be taken to a new page and asked to set a new password.
Enter the desired password twice and continue with the confirmation.
Now, the password is reset. You can login to the Krowd portal with your userID and the new password.
Krowd Darden Password Reset
At the login page of the Krowd portal, you may sometimes notice a “password reset” option. This option isn’t intended for the average user.
Instead, it is meant for use by managers as a way to reset passwords for employees in some situations. For example, if an employee is unable to reliably use the “forgot password” option to generate a new password, the manager may use the reset to generate a new password for the employee.
This option generally requires being connected to the Darden network, so that the manager can be properly authenticated before issuing password resets.
